Don and I both truly enjoy working with both buyers and sellers. Trends and market dynamics change and no two houses are precisely alike, so we use our many years of knowledge and experience into what today's buyers want most, then take time to analyze the amenities and benefits of both a home and its location before recommending a price. This attention to detail helps assure that our listings are priced right from the first day the home is presented to the market.
Next comes creation of an individualized marketing plan for each home. We find the "highlights" of each home in order to showcase its uniqueness to the widest group of likely buyers.
Our attention to detail extends to buyers as well, we use the latest market knowledge to assist buyers in determining a correct offering price on homes they're considering. We have lots of patience for the discerning buyer and understand it is a process where the initial wants and needs evolve as we view numerous properties.
Whether advocating and negotiating for the buyer or the seller, we always work to get the best house for the best price.
We strive to treat all of our clients like family providing the kind of service and attention that we’d want if we were in their shoes. Among other things, that means making ourselves accessible in whatever way is most convenient for them – whether it be texting, email, or phone. So many companies have answering services - we answer our phones! We also stay in constant touch with listing clients, keeping them apprised of showing and feedback details.
On a personal note, my wife and I enjoy travelling and have been fortunate to visit many amazing places, one of my favourite ways to travel is on a ship, we have travelled to many destinations, including: Eastern & Western Caribbean, the Panama Canal, Alaska, and even Japan. Although we have not been able to travel to Puerto Vallarta for a couple of Covid years it has become one of our favourites. We have an adorable little dog, a Havenese/Toy poodle mix that brings us so joy everyday.
